Basically Cain is fighting Sid because he betrayed him by intending to kill the doctor instead of finding him to fix Cain’s injury.
From what I gathered Sid is trying to kill the doctor so that Cain won’t get healed while keeping it a secret from him but I can’t understand why. Is Sid trying to overthrow a Cain? If so wouldn’t that just Leave Sid The struggle of fighting Satans and his demons alone before acquiring Cains land?
Maybe he's planning to join Satan once he's finsihed with Cain?? We are giving so little information about Sid it stresses me out...
