same question, and what the heck, after anne is gone i dont know whats going on anymore..
If you would pay attention you would understand what is going on. Also this Arc doesn't feature Anne, it is providing more info about the universe the author created and showing what happened right after the last Arc and during it. So I suggest you reread it and you might be able to figure it out.
