People who claim that Matthew drugged Jin should re-read the last chapter (62). Matthew actually gave Jin the antidote that the doctor had prescribed for withdrawal symptoms. Instead of using it for himself, he used it on Jin because he knew Jin had been drugged.
To add to this: Matthew had to distract Jin while injecting him with it because we all know jin is too stubborn to take medicine willingly. (Ch 54)
