I'm on chapter 30 and I really love the story. How they fell in love, their shyness, their hesitation it was captured so tenderly.
And what the black haired guy did after he confessed really broke my heart. You have to know he was not just playing a game or trying to make the blond dude jealous or even looking for a rebound. You saw his childhood right. He has a lot of PTSD and rejection sensitivity. I could relate to him so much. When blond guy reacted to his confession like that, his rejection sensitivity was triggered. He really thought he was rejected and it's over.
It seems like a logical thing right that after confessing you should give the other party some time to think. And maybe theh will come round. Wait for them. But our brains can't think like that. Even if we are not actually rejected our brains catastrophizes everything and it hurts like hell. And ofc we can't express that to ppl. So in the end it is us who comes across as the bad and the heartless person even though we are the ones that gets hurts the most. The author captured it really well. I love how they wrote both the characters. I love them so much. I hope they end up together and happy
This is so sad
I was hoping the doctor will see him being so scared and trembling and using the word please ( like that's so formal and stiff and weird?) and see that he's not ready and stop but that didn't happen. He also didn't notice that his alpha pheromones are making Dojun uncomfortable. The doctor is on thin ice (๑•ㅂ•)و✧
He actually did notice. He thought Dojun saying "please" was weird and saw that he was gripping the sheets. He actually was making him feel more comfortable by turning him around and talking to him. The doctor was being soft with him, but I understand how people who don't trust the doctor might feel this way about his actions.
Taeho is pretty but dumn
