character development and everyone just forgets whatever shit they've done before. I read some spoilers and also some chapters of the original novel, and although I'd love a character development, I still think that Layla deserves much much better than this obsessive abusive and sick man.

This reminds me so much of single inferno but unlike that one, this is so much fun, they don't feel like they HAVE to find a lover. I kinda feel like platinum is really old or is severely ill because his breathing does seem odd and the way his heart ached made me worried, and his reaction when pearl said they must be old was suspicious, too.
Anyways I'd like it if obsidian ended up with the producer of the show ngl.
Oh I wanted to add that platinum really seems to enjoy his artificial body and appeared afraid when they had to fight with their real strength and weigh and spead, so maybe HE IS AN OLD HAG LOOKING FOR PINK DIAMOND BECAUSE THAT'S WHAT ANNOYING CRAZY OLD MEN DO; PURSUING BEAUTIFUL WOMEN YOUNGER THAN THEMSELVES AND ACTING ALL MIGHTY AND "KISSING PEOPLE WITHOUT CONSENT"!
