I really love how this story progressed and is somehow realistic. some say they want to know what happened to the real siwon, he just simply died after experiencing horrible past. That's the main reason why they switched bodies; because of their wishes. In real life, people dont always get their happy endings. I'm happy atleast min woo and taemin got theirs. Though I like the real taemin's character design more than siwon, I'd like to see taemin and minwoo together.

I think anyone would have been done at that point. but if that means you feel bad for the ex then I mean your feelings are wrong but they're valid .
I still think he loves him, but not in a healthy way. Even psychopaths can be in "love", but it's obviously toxic, even deadly. He loved Mitsuru but he was mentally way too far gone, and that love turned into possession. He still loved him, and by the end, you can see that he's trying to make him happy, but doesn't know how to, so he lets him go. In the beginning, he was just mad at his life and obviously didn't want to get married to some random person. Of course, he acted in a very toxic way and still wasn't in love with Mitsuru by that time. I feel like he slowly started to love him more by each chapter, that's why he let him go in the first place. If he didn't care he wouldn't let him go. He was just abusive and toxic but mainly because he didn't know what to do with himself and the fact that Mitsuru doesn't love him back. Again, that's very toxic, but it's still love, just... A different kind of love, a toxic one, and instead of making people happy it hurts people (both of them, because you can see that the guy is also hurting and is tortured by his own mind, and Mitsuru is hurt by his ex.)
"love" isn't a good enough reason for any of what you just said...
