Uhm.. anyone knows how to upload new manga?

I've many uploader uses scanner-like translator apps (?) To translate (obviously, hahaha) hangul to english. I'm just wondering, if there is also for nihongo to english?

Just wanna ask if once you upload a new chapter or extra, once it's been approve by m*****o. Does it automatically published so readers can read or see it?

Its just that, I tried uploading some extra and didn't see it in 'Latest Updates'.

The uke has a traumatic experience abroad where he trained as a chef in a french/italian restaurant, when someone tried to rape him which made him hate all foreigners. He became a chef at a restaurant in Japan. The seme return to Japan to visit his friend and the restaurant his friend establish. He enjoyed the dish prepared by the uke so the seme was intrigued to know the chef to give compliments but it turns out that the chef (uke) doesn't want to face or see foreigners.
