Okay, so, awesome things about this chapter (besides it being an update):
1. Jian Yi longingly staring at XiXi's picture (or at least that's how I see it lol). He's got it so BAD for him, ughhh
2. XiXi continuing to be sweeter and more tender towards baby Jian Yi. You can tell he doesn't want to lose him, especially when he says "you're my best friend."
3. XiXi trying to get the truth! This can go good or bad, but either way, I'm super hype.

One of my absolute favorites, ever. God, I wish more comics were like this. And I don't mean ripping off the style completely, but I wish they were like it in the sense that it's funny and all the characters are really loveable...and of course, you're dying for the main couple to be together. It doesn't even need sex or lots of romance. For most BL I read, I just skim it and am like..."yeah, yeah...just get to the kissing/fucking/BL already..." but with this one I'm going crazy even for a little HUG. For me, that's a sign of awesome writing. Well done, Old Xian.
You've described by feelings about this precious gem of a manhua to a tee. I am considering disciplining myself from reading the updates for an year so that I could come back and savour it from the beginning - for me, updates are love, especially if they are frequent like this one is (most manga get updates once on a month, bit I understand that, however impatient my inner six year old is) - but I'd love it if I had so many chapters to read at one stretch.
I just hope this manga continues being innocent and pure for a while, before subtly moving into sexyland. Honestly, for this one, smut isn't a pre-requisite. I can really feel the love. ^^
I don't know about you guys, but I think it would be awesome and hilarious if there was a huge twist where it turned out that Ayase was actually some kind of bad character, pretending to be all innocent and sweet to trick Kanou. Like...all along, he was out to help someone else (or even just for himself) take Kanou down or something, using his "love" to weaken his defenses. Idk, I think it'd make him a lot more interesting than just the plain old, helpless, girly uke we have now.
I've been playing around with that idea for a long ass time. I typically like the idea that he's either a part of the government and is an under cover agent (the time he helped Kanao out was the first step to gaining his trust) or that he's actually the leader of a group of a pretty infamous, shrouded in mystery yakuza group, kinda doing the same thing. He isn't recognized by anyone because he keeps his face a secret from anyone that isn't a higher up in his own group. Though I'm a romantic at heart, of course he actually falls for Kanao, but the tables turn when he relieves how much of a badass he is and Kanao can't deny he is inferior to Ayase
What does He Tian wanna talk to him about?? Aaahh, I'm so curious!!
Also, I wonder when red's name is going to be revealed (if ever). Wasn't He Tian the first name we learned? I can't believe it took like...100 chapters to even learn our two main boy's names. xD
