I feel like this mangas end result will either be a small group surviving or just the two main characters leaving and kuon sacrificing herself so she can feel she was actually able to do something

i feel like the author wanted to kill off the older brother because he or she didn't know how to continue the story with him being infatuated with jeremy which still made a great story but wish he would have lived
