i didn't get the last part of the story.... what happen to teito?... and why only frau still remain as a ghost... （￣へ￣）But the story is so beautiful...
Teito was reincarnated (when you collect all 7 tickets and enter that purification land you get a wish granted) and Frau became the new Verlorean (which I cannot spell) but still spends time with the ex-ghosts and Teito. (because verlorean absorbed all his fragments so they were all combined again)
