The chap we saw of him and tatsumi aren't "up to date" with what's happening between azusa and karino. What Tatsumi did when he brought Azusa to Karino's house caused great damage and Karino(from what we have seem) hasn't stopped Tatsumi from being a delinquent(remember when he interrupted azusaxkarino scene?) Maybe they just agreed not to mess with each other.....but what Tatsumi did with Azusa definitely destroyed the little progress we saw between the main couple(I think that's quite a revenge (against this couple fans)xD even if he did that to protect karino's future)
PS: Azusa has to deal with the teacher as well,Senzaki might help the teacher into getting what he wants(becoming the king)

Something should happen to make Karino fully accept Azusa: either Azusa will be in danger and Karino will realise how much he means to him or Azusa will help Karino in something important and Karino will be greatly touched by that, or..and that is most likely - Ogawa will come up with something completely unexpected and f*** us all up :D
Maybe. Maybe they will team up though. Then again, thaongan2509 suggested Senzaki would team up with the creepy teacher.
I admit I've had fantasies like @Karino's where Senzaki is about to seriously harm Karino and Azusa instinctively steps in to save Karino, making Karino happy and Azusa pissed at himself.
