Obviously he's not a virgin but he thought it's a way to get close to the uke due to how much uke likes to make stuff up for attention (He knew immediately uke was lying, he knew uke was a virgin)

Though, the fact that Luffy fought so hard to gain the new powers and now letting others have the same powers so easily is unpleasant to see. Oda should have waited a bit more before giving out powers so easily n so fast
