But what I don't understand is, why are some of you focusing on the fact its student x teacher? You chose to read it, so just read it. Ranting about how it's pedophilia or grooming or that it's predictory behaviour or stuff like that, I understand all of it but this story does not deserve that. It was the student who fell first and he went after the teacher. Teacher rejected him but did end up falling. A cute story, that's all.
I'm honestly tired of everyone going "it's pedophilia, it's grooming, ick, yada yada" on almost everything. Do you have no other thoughts on it? Comment on the toxicity, comment on the shitty storyline, comment on how the rapist should have his dick chopped and fed, feeding lamb style. By all means, comment on stories which actually have pedophilia or grooming or smth, not on a fine, unproblematic and fluffy story. You can't choose a story with visible "teacher x student" or "age gap" tags and decide to rant about how it's pedophilia and grooming.
Read if you want to read but don't get butthurt about you read something that isn't in your preferred subgenre and it ended up like the said subgenre.

I read this years ago, when it was first completed. I remember back then, everyone hated this because it wasn’t all roses and sunshine. Alseph wasn’t the typical “villain” in such stories. He was cunning and sharp, just as you’d expect someone with that trauma to be. Zay was a crybaby and she was in an emotional turmoil, just like someone in that situation. The story got heavy before it got better. I still remember when the rating barely reached 8.8 and there were so many comments complaining about it. I still adored it so much. This manhwa ticked so many boxes and felt so fulfilling with all the villainess stories around. There’s no unnecessary love drama. There’s no love triangle. The fmc’s dad isn’t evil. The leads (both main and secondary) are ENAMORED with each other. The best part is that the sister (og heroine) is NOT evil. No unnecessary deaths, no dramatic shit show, a little smut sprinkled here and there, a solid sad backstory for the ml…. GOD
I know that the secondary couple got together too soon, but it was still fun and nice.
Even now, I stand by it. I love it so much. And it makes me so happy that people are liking it now. This story is getting the love it deserves. I feel like my child has succeeded and is growing steadily. It is still one of the best out there.
