It also says that he has admiration to true alphas because he doesn’t really act like when but is faking to because he doesn’t like omegas. I also really doubt that they would use the same concept twice as an extra. Or it can be one of those cases when you turn an alpha into an omega because they have both genes

He was never really an alpha, just like his nephew. He was an omega from the start but his family covered it up by giving him medication that blocked his omega pheromones and made him seem like an alpha. His family and doctor gave him this medication and lied to him saying that it was for allergies because they didnt want an omega in the family. He realised all of this when his nephew (from the main story) who was also an 'alpha' found out he was an omega and his family was doing the same thing to the nephew too, that's when his realised his allergy medication was actually omega hormone inhibitor pills which is why he threw them away after he visited his doctor. Is this making sense bc if it doeent I'll explain again lol but it might also help to re-read a bit
I’ve read a few there they had similar genes because they were either 9 beta and 1 omegas or 50:50. Girl it is a concept, and it’s in a lot of other manga where they say explicitly that the alpha and omega genes are similar so they can change

His family gave him omega blockers with the excuse of being medicine for his allergies and he was a fake alpha all his life because of that. There is but not too much and it actually plays well in the series. So don't worry the romance isn't an issue here. Trust me I feel the same way as you with my shounen.

I think that this side story will have quite a few chapters as the relationship development is definitely slow burn not to mention Dohyeok is likely going to have to work through his trauma and learn to understand what he did to Suha was wrong. It also seems that it will take some time and a lot of effort on Dohyeok’s part for Siwoo to truly care and like Dohyeok just from seeing the way Siwoo is acting in the raws. At this point I don’t think Dohyeok has hit his rock bottom yet. And I think it will take him hitting rock bottom for him to become a better person. I really like this side story and the couple and can’t wait to see how it all unfolds.
