Anyonr know of manga similar to this with the protagonist with a hidden super power? No plots with the protagonist saving the world tho. Those type of plots bore me out

The main protagonist has to hide his transformation (his hand has been replaced be an alien and he's getting stronger, superhuman strenght, but the alien is starting to slowly overtake his body)... His hand can also transform into a weapon and stuff. Probably not exactly what you're looking for, but worth a try :)

Any stories like chapter 7 where two people don't end up together? It's sad but a bit refreshing to read those type of ending once in a while.
