There was a yaoi I read with these two brothers (twins?) and one of the brother (the uke, I think) pushed the other down the stairs 'cause he was jealous of him or something when they were kids. Because of this, his parents abandoned him at a young age and his bro (the seme) was hospitalized (and was in a coma?) for a long time. Now, he's in high school and there's a new transfer student (his bro) but he doesn't recognize him. But for some reason, he can hear this buzzing in his ear that's a signal that his bro is nearby/alive.

Anybody can help me out here in finding it? Google search ain't doing me justice. Much appreciated.
