No I mean the faint white line going across Kiseon’s nose and down his neck, the straight vertical black line next to Jinhans mouth, the teeny tiny line going through the word “Oh?” In the thought bubble, and then scrolling down before the next panel there are just a whole bunch of half done black squares

I think its just how the site scans the pages. its pictures by pictures if you could say. its nothing :)

honestly, i liked the colored pages, but they still annoyed me while reading. they were really well made! but they just stopped the flow. so i kind of agree.

You act as if this is the matrix...and you’re sucked into the story to where the colour has a jolt affect on your physical body.... It’s just a story. How absorbed are you to where this has such a magnifying & jarring impact? It just seems so exaggerating.

The matrix?... what an incredibly weird comparison. Kind of reaching. And it’s fine if you like colored pages really but it doesn’t make sense to me that there can’t be a compromise and just have them at the end. It’s doesn’t take away from the colorists chance to showcase his/her skills and it makes it easier for people who don’t like distractions in the middle of the story.
It’s not a huge Us vs Them argument and one side HAS to win. Its the mature reasonable thing to do instead of changing your colorist all the time and telling everyone you “sleep butt ass naked with the fan on” knowing most people don’t like the direction your team has taken under your leadership. That’s really why I felt the need to say anything at all. I’m not a fan of childish comebacks and petty behavior. It makes everyone involved look bad and I see enough of that in the real world to wanna deal with or see it and our little BL world.
But really....the matrix?...did you take anytime at all to think or was that really the best you had? Yikes.

And just to answer your question... I was really really fucking absorbed in the story...until the color pages. Then it just became a struggle to get to the end.

Because the way you're writing as if you have entered another dimension while reading, and the colour pages have jarred you out of that other dimension being so deeply absorbed in a 20 something page chapter...your extra-ness is reaching. Why should the group compromise? You aren't a ....paying subscriber. It's their project. Didn't they pay for it? People like you are the reason why groups go private. Then what? stories end up abandoned just cuz of your mindless bratty bitching. over a handful of freakin pages. Other groups do it too. I’m not dropping a single story and I do appreciate their work. Like I really really appreciate it. But I am going to express my opinion in the best way I can. I’m not gonna attack anyone and I’m not gonna type scream like you I’m sorry. I’m sorry I don’t like the color pages, I’m sorry that I find them a distraction and wish they weren’t stuck in the middle of another artists works. I’ve seen multiple mangakas write that the worst part about people stealing their work are the adjustments they make to the art before releasing it and, in this case, I do have to agree with them. I’m sorry you disagree. You’re such an ugly person. I’m glad you have this online persona to hide behind because I’m sure the person behind the screen would be too embarrassed to throw this kind of fit in person, so so incredibly lame. And yes I know about back in the day- I was there- and I didn’t disagree with dick redrawing. I’ve never seen a dick repeated twice and colored in the middle of an emotional scene and had it throw me out of the feeling entirely so I had/have no complaints. I don’t know how old you are but I really do hope you’re a someone under 20 because that attitude is young and ugly and it reeks if someone who has yet to mature. If you’re older than 20 then please give my apologies to everyone in your life because you’re a nightmare. I will never understand why people treat scanlators like they're some kind of Gods, and should be free of all kinds of criticisms. Guess what? They are not, and people are allowed to express their opinions. It's one thing to be respectfully criticize something and blatantly attacking someone. Why can't people get this through their head?

Btw, I totally agree. I've always hated when groups put in colored pages since they are distracting and I prefer to read in the original black and white format. This manga was particularly bad, and it took away about 40% of my enjoyment.

I agree tho. Building mood is so important in reading or watching. And people who think otherwise are just doesn't understand.

I find many coloured pages annoying too, unless it's from the original author because they able to use colour that fit the mood.

i am in my room, and when the very last chapter happened saying'"yeah, that's the end". i automatically said, "excuse me?... wait just a moment. no. this is not the end." i spent ten minutes trying to get over this without screaming. so far,i haven't screamed...yet.
