I'm very confused here. She said in chapter 2-3 that it's been 7 years since she was born into her 6 year old body. If school has taught me anything 7+6= 13. So A, why doesn't she look 13 and B, why did she say she's 23? I mean it could be translation mistake but still （￣へ￣）

Honestly all "villainess" make the mistake of being nice to the ml or fl, just straight up turn them down if you don't want to be involved with them. Like for sibel when he said if she didn't hate him why didn't she want to be friends, I would have said it's because I don't think it's decent to be friends with young men I don't like, and just throw lycan under the bus and say she likes him. I know he was a jerk to her, but it's either that psycho or lycan
