I'm kind of happy that Dostoevsky survived, because I thought his "death" was anticlimactic. He was constructed to be the ultimate mastermind, so now that we know his ability this only consolidates it. Also, I hated all the hunting dogs, mainly Fukuchi. They pissed me off with their annoying personalities. Fukuchi is a false idealist who thought he could save the world by condemning it, he not only underestimated humanity but overestimated himself by making a contract with the devil. I'm more than happy to see him transformed into a puppet, since he already was one from the beginning.
Houseki no Kuni really was a reading experience. We pass through a millennial journey where we, as humans, try to understand how a being who lives for millennials sees and feels. We discovered this world through Phos' eyes, and we get to feel what they feel. But we never thought we would be seeing a mythos being constructed. Because that what Houseki no Kuni is: a mythical fairy tale
I really tried to end this manga but it is just a fuck MESS. oh my god i thought it was because the translation but no! the development is just awful, you dont know what is happening and when, like ?? things happens of nowhere and the characters' personalities are all over the place. I'm having a headache just thinking about it. Well the art is really good tho, but the quadrinization is a problem too
You know, I'm gonna say it. The league of villains are so hypocrites. They really think they have the right to to judge other people mistakes or actions. Like, dude you just killed and destroyed innocents people lives and think you are the victim? I'm not defending the society of hero, that society have failed to many people. But the villains act like they didn't do nothing wrong at all. You are a fucking villain dude. I think Horikoshi-sensei failed to deliver to the audience was the indignation for the hero society. We know it's not a perfect society but it's not like the league is fighting against capitalism (even I would support them). Their desires and goals don't fuck make sense and don't sustain all their said revolution. That's it.
Toga you can be sad for your friends death, you can. But you know... He was a fucking criminal working for a terrorist group. His death wasn't a surprise.
I agree, for them when the league of villains kill it's ok, but if their friends who was also a villain who killed innocent people before, they got angry and question the heroes. I understand that they have experience cruelty too and that's the reason why they kill and became a villain but it doesn't justify their actions. When you kill innocent people and continue to do it, the you are a villain. The fact that they continue destroying and killing people then ask THAT question is pretty funny and discusting coming from her. A lot of people is saying that Toga's question was about the hypocrisy of the Heroes saying that they will help everyone but that "everyone" has a limit and I also agree but Toga's view is limited too. She didn't consider her's or the league of villains actions . They were planning on attacking and destroy a lot of places with innocent people in it .
*me who already read the next chapter*: Man I can't wait to be hurt
His mother is fine but then they discover that she was put in a scam. Mayumi notice that just one person could have done that and contacts his ex (I forget his name now) who makes him work for him again. Meanwhile Hitoshi is waiting for Mayumi that returns after 3/4 days. Mayumi says that he's moving out to states. Hitoshi gets really furious and tries to stop him but Mayumi laugh at him and says he should live his life just like other people and then leaves. His ex made a big plan that requires their runaway to overseas and while they are making their preparations the build's alarms sounds on. Mayumi goes to see what is happening and finds out Hitoshi putting fire to trash can (pffft). Hitoshi says that he was worried that Mayumi was being forced to do something dangerous to Yakuza and tried help him. Mayumi burst into laugh he's really happy because Hitoshi really likes him too much to that point. Then he asks Hitoshi what he wants from him. He will do everything Hitoshi desires to he just have to ask. Hitoshi then says he needs help, doesn't want to be alone to Mayumi doesn't leave him.
Unfortunately no. They don't make anal sex. With my little japanese acknowledge what I understood was that Hitoshi was very shy when Mayumi tried to make sex with him. Hitoshi didn't want to take off his clothes and neither show his dick to Mayumi. Then Mayumi decided to went with intercrural sex again. Hitoshi asks "this again?" and he said they can took their time preparing Hitoshi.
I also was little disappointed but in a certain way this made sense to the story. Hitoshi is not into intimacy and is very conscious of his body. Sex will require time for him.
I know bsd has this tendency to be confusing until the end of the arc, but nothing is getting explained. Anyway, I hope our little poor protagonist get some character development. Atsushi was pretty much useless in this whole arc. And I kinda have this feeling he didn't grow up, he stucked at this ingenue crybaby status for too long. I love atsushi and I want to see him shine
