It's hard to not support Hatano's feeling because the flag "unrequited love" is very appealing. The author in the last vol started to show Hatano more and more, I get the feeling she is trying to make us ship him and MC. But I doubt she is gonna do something about them. It's kind infuriating but I get it. I would like the MC meet someone he liked, but he is too conscious of the world he is living in, the only one who has a minimum chance at is the 'psycho' guy. because he is also straight and holds a grudge towards MC. Anyway, I'm just trying to predict the future, but I don't really know what the author is planning. But I feel bad for Hatano character. I dont see a future where MC is gonna reciprocate his feelings.

Also, why people are so obsessed with world peace? it's an impossible thing, but just because its impossible that we don't have to aim for it. We all have to constantly to build a world thats peaceful

I'm still waiting for Atsushi' character development and more explanations about him being the bookmark. Asagiri-sensei really dont care about him hm? hes the protagonist

I know bsd has this tendency to be confusing until the end of the arc, but nothing is getting explained. Anyway, I hope our little poor protagonist get some character development. Atsushi was pretty much useless in this whole arc. And I kinda have this feeling he didn't grow up, he stucked at this ingenue crybaby status for too long. I love atsushi and I want to see him shine

I'm kind of happy that Dostoevsky survived, because I thought his "death" was anticlimactic. He was constructed to be the ultimate mastermind, so now that we know his ability this only consolidates it. Also, I hated all the hunting dogs, mainly Fukuchi. They pissed me off with their annoying personalities. Fukuchi is a false idealist who thought he could save the world by condemning it, he not only underestimated humanity but overestimated himself by making a contract with the devil. I'm more than happy to see him transformed into a puppet, since he already was one from the beginning.

Houseki no Kuni really was a reading experience. We pass through a millennial journey where we, as humans, try to understand how a being who lives for millennials sees and feels. We discovered this world through Phos' eyes, and we get to feel what they feel. But we never thought we would be seeing a mythos being constructed. Because that what Houseki no Kuni is: a mythical fairy tale

I really tried to end this manga but it is just a fuck MESS. oh my god i thought it was because the translation but no! the development is just awful, you dont know what is happening and when, like ?? things happens of nowhere and the characters' personalities are all over the place. I'm having a headache just thinking about it. Well the art is really good tho, but the quadrinization is a problem too

It's impossible to not love Hanae, like... He's so precious and caring. He "sacrificed" his bond with his dad to help Abeno and Aoi (not only them but the underworld as well). He genuinely cares about other people and I love him for that.

If aoi returns what will happen with the mononokean, like, will it have space for ashiya yet.. or aoi will be underworld princess hmm so many doubts~ it if aoi survives
