I've always eaten the spiciest food during mine, it normally helps for me as well, plus red peppers are a natural pain reliever so it helps with cramps too!
Im prolly am also built different I'm half Thai and all my meals are spicy. The only thing that affects me is walking in the a cold ac room on a 40° day.
I'm sure if youve grown up w eating it it would be normal xD

Just depends on the individual. No matter what ethnicity, everyone is different. (And most people have a mix of races in their blood these days. I have about six in me that I know of. LOL) Like with mine, it never mattered what foods I ate. Nothing I ate ever made it better or worse. Food had no influence on mine what-so-ever!

I've read many, many, many, many, many, MANY isekai type of novels, mangas, and webtoons and this HAS to be the absolute best out of all of them. No forced romances, loveable characters, amazing action, out of this world plot with little to no uncomfortable moments such as rape and HAREMS and other things along those lines.
The flow is very natural and doesn't seem forced, everything connects together from the biggest details to even the smallest, trivial ones. The novels for this is a wonderful rollercoaster and I'm curious as to how well this will be able to capture it. So far I'm satisfied with the art style, it's flow so far, and the little notes at the bottom explaining where they're at in the book. It's very helpful :)
For any of those who are wondering if they should read it, go for it! Read this and even read the novel! They're both wonderful and you won't regret it. ( ◜‿◝ )♡

I got a theory I thought it was weird how the author showed the supposed greatest emperor in history in Lucas flashback. Then later in the chapter where Anastius has that weird thing a man appears with a similar hair cut/style and it is to my belief that The greatest emperor didn’t actually die but used black magic to stay alive and took control of Anastasius and turned him evil. Because from claudes flashback he seemed to genuinely care about his little brother. I don’t know it’s really really far fetched or insane.
