I’m looking for a couple of BL manga
1. They were neighbours and the walls were very thin and one guy (uke) could hear his neighbour have sex and would also lend his apartment to his friend and his girlfriend. The neighbour (seem) and uke ended up having sex
2. The uke needed a place to live so a bar owner said he can lend a room in one of his apartments. There was another guy already living there (I think he was an architect) and the uke manipulated his little brother or something
3. It’s an alpha x alpha manga where they get married and they struggle who decides to top. One of them goes to see a therapist to prepare for being a bottom I think.

I can't remember much from this BL manga except for one scene where the Uke or seme is standing on this high platform for construction and it starts to fall and their partner is on the ground and sees what's happening and I think the two make up from a fight???
