After the person behind the "system" who forced him to be gay is gone, MC rejected all of 3 MLs by pretended to be amnesiac.
The blonde guy, don't wanna give up, believed MC's lies, and ironically lied about being his bf, forced MC to tell him the truth (and reject him ofc).
Poor blonde guy, he and MC liked each other in their childhood time, just bc MC thinking him as a girl. After MC knows his true gender, MC avoids him like a plague until the blonde moved to another country.
Cuz the ending sucks, author then released a "what if" chapter, where the little MC accepted the blonde’s true identity, keep being his best friend, then dating each other, the blonde proposed MC, and they happily ever after.
