Do you know a yaoi/shonen-ai manga whereas the uke is like Kamijo Hiroki from Junjou Romantica or like Soiichiro from Koisuru Boukun? Like hot headed but mature kinda people, not those cutesy little munchkins. Basically someone who frowns a lot, haha.

Shingeki no Kujolin's character, Levi, is similar to what you've described, and almost everyone who likes SNK is crazy about him. "Strong, influential, surprisingly tense, rude, and unapproachable" is how one of the characters describes him. There's a ton of uke-Levi yaoi doujinshi around him. SNK is worth the read on its own, and the avalanche of yaoi dj's will keep you happy for a long time:

Okay, so I forgot the name of another masterpiece
So it's about a guy who takes photos of the guys particularly his neighbour/classmate/bestfriend/childhood friend who was part of the basketball team, in his school because it was popular with the ladies. The guy is in love with his bestfriend and his bestfriend keeps a picture of them both when they were still in middle school (I think so, based on their uniforms). The bestfriend was the first one to confess but the guy doesn't want to because his senior before was kinda bullied for coming out as gay. That's all I know.
