At least Kael, it felt like bullshit and it also felt like the author was conscious of it seeing how they justified it being the game's mechanics.
Objectively: the boy fell on his butt and in love lol.
No reason, no development, no credibility, he just fell on his butt then in love.
The beastman felt somewhat more realistic but a bit rushed, there was a reason for the gratitude, respect and devotion, but there was not enough time nor interactions to fall in love.
Carsen on the other hand had a history with the MC and a fair load of reasons to be obsessed with him. Does it justify the sexual assault though? Nope. There was literally no reason for it to be here aside from satisfying a small part of the audience.
The MC reactions are hilarious and felt way more realistic than most, I liked that.
My autocorrect just refuses their names lol I'm having a hard time writing all this.
Anyway, the plot was good, it was interesting and a lot happened, there was no time to get bored.
But the whole Isekai thing... How MC dreamt of the game (because in the end it was just a dream since his sister had no memories at all) and how the game characters kind of escaped the game and the dream to go in the real world was... Nnnngh, forced to randomly draw a happy ending. It was teased since the beginning and somehow explained with the fate stone but my suspension of disbelief couldn't take any more.
Oh and the bad guy was really forgettable.
The art improved A LOT!
In conclusion , it wasn't fabulous but it wasn't bad a all.
Man A gets to see a glimpse of his coworker B's huge invisible dick, B gets flustered and mentions how he got sexually assaulted because of it; so of course A does what we all want:

So this is a 14 chapters story about two guys getting together in 1.5chapter, 11 chapters of putting blinding shiny dick in an un-drawn hole and blank part of panel ejaculating everywhere with 1.5 chapter of something happening.
The art was nice (when it was here, huh censorship? Yes I'm looking at you) but it's not enough to make the 10 minutes spent reading this worthy (yes this includes the slow loading of the pages with my limping internet connection).
I think the only way to make it more pointless would be to translate the rare dialogues in hieroglyphs.

It was a cool and sweet story with a unique plot, context and characters.
To think that I almost dropped it because the immersion was ruined at every little commentary from the translator! It would have been a waste.

Dimitri was a very pitiful and endearing character, the story didn't go the easy way to make him a little love arc that would have minimized the impact of the plot and I loved it, and I hope the technology in their era worked hard on washing machines because his sheets certainly had it hard with his rejection lol.
I had to deal with my parents fucking for my entire childhood, from before I knew what was going on and when I learned it, it didn't even shock me, I just found it unpleasant and still do at +40.
I wonder if my approach of sex would have been different if my parents had the courtesy to not fuck loudly in the same room I was supposed to be sleeping in before I could even understand what they were doing ...
The 2nd couple makes me very uncomfortable and made me remember things I'd rather not.
But I feel like I would have enjoyed it 100 times better if I actually understood how baseball works.
Still 2 more things prevent me from max rating it:
*The smut
It came out of nowhere for no reason, and season 2 literally starts with a sex scene that didn't even happen chronologically. That wAsnt necessary.
* The whole smell thing.
It seemed important for the plot but gradually disappeared, just to pop here and there in the dialogues but in the end, it was also unnecessary and almost forgotten...
The art was okay, translation too, but this book is, objectively, pretty mid as whole, especially if you don't know a thing about baseball.
It wasn't as well done as* haikyu (anime) where you learn along the terms and rules of volleyball so it was confusing, some might even find it boring.
Ah there's also one thing that disturbs me a lot about school life stories, if anybody could enlighten me I'd be grateful:
Why do these kids live like ADULTS???
Wouldn't be more logic and efficient to just draw and write about adults if you're going to depict the characters as such?
Seeing these 15 yo kids living alone, without any rules, parents and basic safe child environment makes me very uneasy.

I was really frustrated with how short it is and wished this was longer.
Now that I'm around my 40th reread, I'm starting to think it's actually the perfect length.
I come back here every time I get too annoyed at reading shit with nonsensical endings, despicable characters, nonexistent plot or reader friendly porn disguised as "yaoi", and this heals my hurt brain and heart, I love how they really are depicted as kids, act like kids, think like kids and... Basically how they look their age, they are hilariously pure and consistent.
Even I think it is too much but this may be my absolute favorite manhwa.
If you guys got recommendations of things with the same vibe, even if it's not BL(I actually prefer bromance than actual romance)

Not asking for pure drama but I feel like out of 83 chapters, 54 were just sex (it's just how I feel huh, there weren't that many... Probably.) So yeah... It was pretty boring.
The 1st season was better and it kind shocked me how the mothers in the hospital suddenly became some kind of background item when the couple was formed, and just popped here and there to pause the sex season (seriously season 2... Ugh)
The art is good. But the whole story would have been better shorter.

I kind of expected the protagonists to actually be locked up in their school by the army, it was probably obvious since they talked about how it started in the school but it would have been nice, a big ass apocalypse, the story could have been longer. But then there was still that bullshit video game mechanics so....

I started reading this some time ago, there was about 30 chapters uploaded and dropped it because it was annoying to wait for the next updates, along with &#@£ other unfinished book... Of course I reread the entire thing now that it's complete and never got bored or anooyed, this shit is a masterpiece.
The characters are hilarious and the contrast between them makes them a match made in heaven.
Yeon woo is naturally hilarious but the way Tae moon tries to look serious makes him even more ridiculous, I love their dynamic and the story even manage to be interesting.
Though I don't understand how they somehow got hired and worked for years in such a crappy environment, and I honestly hoped that the whole DM would go bankrupt when their little imaginary scandal exploded.
It was a good read a VERY good read
