I am happy to see the relationship between the two grow. Satomi is still young, and he is still finding answers to the distress and love that he is feeling. He is obviously wanted to be with Narita, but he still figuring out if it is romantic or just platonic.
To be honest, I'm fine if it is not romantic. I hope they could be with each other and not care about people's judgement.
