Do we know for sure that the pills are for changing your secondary gender? What if is like arsenic or other kind of poison???? Istg the ml is a dumbass, he is not a doctor and he can't be sure about what can happen with that drug

    I’m hoping it turns out like that or the symptoms of an omega not completely altering his secondary gender
    Imagine the drug just straights up kills him
