Cus the 4th one probably likes to eat humans so they have sacrifices to keep the 4th inside like the “aggressive”, the childlike and “nicer” personalities can come out but I GUESS the 4th one cant cus he wants human meat

I'm looking for this japanese bl movie that I watched about 6 years ago.
The only thing I remember is that one of the protagonists was a photographer and he had some kind of split personality disorder in wich he acted like his dead twin brother(? I also remember they were in college. This is super vague but I remember really enjoying it so I hope somebody can help me find it!!
