Its because the story is Korean. Korean beauty standards are very insane so it often shows up as them drawing koreans as pale white (even tho actual koreans are actually naturally very tan). Also, Korea isnt as diverse as places like America so tht explains the lack of POC.

I felt the same way. The backgrounds also tend to be white or a grey hue, which makes it hard to be into the chapters even more.
I guess you could say that cause to me (no offense) they look like they don't have no blood in them sometimes they be looking like corpses.
