It actually is a manga. On a different manga they have this photo on there was a link in the comments. I don't have the link but I know it isn't scanlated yet. Try Tineye.com and reverse search it. Or check out DP, they use to have a file with all these photos and the file names had the artist's names.
Please remove this mothaf*ker from the cover! This can not be the actual main lead. I would like very much for the white truck to intervene at this time. Let it be him or Kim Dan for his own sake. I don't think I could ever come to love someone who treated me like this no matter how great they are in the future. Kim Dan RUN AWAY PLEASE!!!
