Is each king has one true regas?
Or there are specific group of people that is born as true regas?
I think some of them mention about entering that one early forest without the king, as you know those who enter the forest without the king won't be able to get out as they can't see shit but ig abel was able to find his way out and into the forest without the prince but i dont remember the scene since its been long ago. But the duka and someone did mention it in recent chapter
And yes each king has their true regas, the counsil of heart has a duty/curse and the duke curse is getting attached to the king true regas thus the reason he keep searching for someone with blond hair and green eye even tho they themselves dont know how the true regas will look like. Regarding specific group i dont think so i guess its just random and the universe will decide to make them meet each other or something
