Can’t remember the title!

It was in Japanese but it was about a chubby boy who was helping run a bathhouse, his grandmother died and in her will it said he needs to lose weight. He also met a man at the bathhouse who wanted to help him lose the weight after seeing he had a really pretty face, the guy who wanted to help the chubby boy got plastic surgery years before (if anyone knows what this is I’ll be eternally grateful I wanna translate it but I lost the title )
