Although I know this is an extremely weird story structure (and the cover doesn’t help), Norman’s story is actually the main one. The first couple are side characters. We went from Norman witnessing his friend get together with another guy like the BL stories he would read, then it focused on his encounters with men. And that’s where we are now and will continue to be for a long time since we’re in the main story.
