It takes the FL almost dying because of Yeonju for her to finally banish her.
Its sad. the ML has a choice between saving Hari or Yeonju he chooses Yeonju.

The bratty friend will tried to commit suicide because she is depressed after FINALLY although reluctantly breaking up with the psycho since his stalking of the FL was getting out of hand.
They take her on a trip to try and cheer her up and even bring the FL brother so the friend doesn't feel like a third wheel. But she is just moping around and depressed making no effort to move on that even the brother of the FL tries to talk sense into her.
While on the trip at night she goes to the deck and jumps into the sea to try and kill herself the FL dives in to save her but also gets swept away into sea too.
The ML dives in and the FL underwater can see he is presented with a choice in who to save. Her or the friend ? He chooses the friend and this scene is hard to read you can understand how painful is from the POV FL to witness. Kudos to the artist.
Now there might be a misunderstanding to this since Im going by the images alone.
Here is the thing , this breaks the FL heart and when they are in hospital does the bratty friend feel bad? No she says something and if nothing wrong and this pisses the FL off how clueless her "friend" is and she officially ends their friendship at that point.
Still hurt from his choice after they had finally "warmed" to each other the FL begins to ignore and ghost the ML and this when he finally understands he fucked up.
And forgets about his dumbass ho sister , I think does at some point but for a long time the FL struggles to forgive or warm up to the ML. She makes him gravel.

Luckily after this and the ghost treatment he becomes 100% over his "sister".
And does what he can to win the FL back. I'm so glad the FL breaks free from her toxic relationship with Yeonju.
