By using the read tag
just mark it as read boo
i have that on , is there a way to get notification through emails or something
For me.. the notification appears when you open the site and logged in (it's the bell icon one) and the notification will not appear when it's update but it still on that day (in my place it's around 6 pm) with all the manga updated on that day (only manga you marked)
