I'm looking for a manga, all I remember is that the uke has never had a boyfriend, and one night a guy approaches him on the streets, the uke goes with him, and gets raped in an alley (?), he gets into a hospital and his family realises that their son is gay.

Have been trying to remember the name of yaoi:
Where they have been in relation ship for long time,but one of them don't want to go further yet will they are both adults(they still in school) but after accident where the uke was stabbed in arm,seme change his mind and they do it in the hospital.
