I finished reading the novel and ennid did not get pregnant btw, there's mpreg in this universe but Glunn didn't want to impregnate ennid bcs it would've shorten ennids life span completely (like what happened to his mom) instead they adopted a counts child that has reincarnation ties with the water dragon they met in the cave. They brought the kid to the Eastern country and raised them there as parents.
