We read the story, so we know what happened to the college boy, the feeling of the college boy, and what college boy thinks. But, the old man doens't know about it. So, he's worried about things and does bad thing.

I understand you well (your English isn't that bad lol don't worry). I can understand how he feels but, like you said, it's making him do bad things. As the older person, with a job and money and more experience, he is using his power against the college partner--spending all the money on the trip and manipulating his partner into accepting it.
I find myself questioning the merits of their relationship now. I would break off a relationship over something like this. Although if I were in college and Yoo Il's age I might stick around, because of youth and inexperience. But then, at Yoo Il's age I would have been way too scared to date a man as old as Se Woong lol.
I totally understand your point, the insecurities he's been having its normal when we look at their relationship.. Dating someone half ur age really makes you insecure, and not to mention same sex.. Hell normal relationships have insecurities too so I get it.. Well I'm not taking sides now.. I think well I hope their relationship will get better as they overcome their insecurities and be more open about their feelings to each other... I hope they get a lovely ending
