Marceau's character arc is so well written and thought of. He is my favourite character. Both Catherine and Him have so much depth. I was so surprised to see the part where they showed Catherine's inner desires as well.
I mean, it's all great that shushu helped them to uncover the truth, and the duke punished that annoying teacher. But it's really off putting to see, that the duke didn't pay attention to his own child, until some other child mentioned it. It shouldn't be anybody's responsibility, but his own to realise and check up on his children. It's weird how he always gives shushu the pass, and treats his own children secondary to her. Where's the equality dude? He warmed up to her quick, but can't give a flying f*ck about his own children, strange
Man should have gone for her neck, she is a useless princess in her bubble any way. Doesn't know shit how the capital works, and still wants power. Her mother on the other hand, had built the Influence from the scratch. Jakard should just over throw that good for nothing sultan too and become the sultan himself, then he can deal with Nadir the bitch and rest too.
