So basically the skill omniscient reader viewpoint stage 3 allows him to watch over or transfer his soul into a "character" while he's dead. The skill king of no killing allows him to revive as long as he saved a certain amount of people. I think it was 100 I can't remember tho. Does that make sense tho. Basically KDJ is dead, and he is supposed to revive by using the benefit from "King of No Killing" title, but his revival is a tad bit delayed. So now he's in a soul(?) form, and has accidentally activated Omniscient Viewpoint Stage 3.
Stage 1 is him being able to predict characters' actions, Stage 2 is when he has deeper understanding and can read their thoughts, Stage 3 is he can watch the characters from a third viewpoint despite not being there and he can insert himself in another character's viewpoint. Now, he's in the viewpoint of YJH. So basically he is seeing everything that's happening from the viewpoint of YJH, that's why he can feel it when YJH walks and stuff. But the person does not know that he's there.

The prince is the biggest mastermind here. Making Psyche fall in love with him, threatened her (srsly there's something wrong with the 'basement' and killing her( for real if they didn't swap body, psyche is dead already).
