This story is such a wasted potential. It started so strong and so good... but instead of character development, halfway through, the story started rooming in circles through more and more problems that felt a bit forced and... not very explained or logical.
Like, sexual aggression. It is a recurring theme, and they tackled trauma so well in the first half, with many subsequent consequences that were revealing so much about the character and showing how they could develop.... before the story revisited it, and sort of went completely off-set to the message and character reactions..(?) Like... what was the point of giving two different message and going completely opposite in character design from literally almost an identical subplot?
To me, they went backwards for the sake of drama.
The first set of development that had given a story that was so clear and strong already... By itself, both ways are okay... but doing both in one manga, it's like they are going against each other in their own conclusions and the way the character should react...
To me that really destroyed the intentions. Also it got super confusing.
Anyway, overall I still liked it.
