To everyone having issue with the cutting of the screen. You can very easily click on the 'multi page' button in the left corner of the screen, which sets the manhwa in a very similar fashion than the original webtoon and allows you to scroll through the 80 pages or so, without clicking the pages and helps when there is a cut in the middle of an image!

Duh! I started reading but then, once I realised that we had a first chapter with AGAIN the following:
1. Forced sex on weak uke (Who certainly had no idea what the word 'consent' meant)
2. In a classroom (High-schoolers, of Course)
3. Middle of the day
4. By over-confident seme
5. And is at the end enjoying it without any reason.
I was DONE. Don't get me wrong, but all the first Yaois I read were like that... and now that I had the occasion the actually read amazing master pieces, I am extremely tired of the overall cliché story which involve NON-explanatory/driving rape.
This is what I call a 'hentai rape'. A rape where the uke is enjoying it because he 'needs to' in order to have him accept all the seme wishes during the rest of the story and we need to show we can make the readers 'horny'.
Like: 'Wow, my honest body just reacted on is own to the rape, because that must be what I truly like. rahaah, sex with xxx was just sO good. I need to be so nice to my rapist now, so that he doesn't hate me because I such an innocent sooooul. Oh, this how it must be done right? That's what true partner/friends really are... Waaaa. What a sexy person he is that I would never had had the occasion to be with if he didn't save my poor self from loneliness and free sex! I actually love him so much' etc... etc...
Of course, maybe I am wrong and the story actually go a completly different direction (which would be awsome). But,
let's be honest. This is GENERAlly the type of ridiculous thinking that is said by the uke, who never seems to realised something wrong really happened to him (Plus none the other characters never acknowledge it if they ever realise)
Then, the story goes either in two direction.
1. The seme feels guilt at some point 'OMG, I hurt the love of my life. poor me, I should just hang myself foreveeeeer~' and the uke just accept it and tells him he loves him, aaaaand they live happily ever after.
Or
2. He is just considered a 'possessive loving boyfriend'. never apologise aaaaand they live happily ever after.
Then the hardship part. Either you have
1. the cute girl of the high school that was in love in the seme since (like forever), that decide to be a Bitch with the uke like: 'Oh, ya stoole the love of my life, ya stupid fag' and makes his life miserable UNTIL the seme saves him.
OR,
2. You have 'The Dude' (yeah, no better name) either seme nemesis (Or an equivalent... like Gang, school bad boy, or super fancy boy, etc) who is a real Dick and tries to steal the uke away (Only to take revenge on the Seme), but well.... the uke is already soooo smitten in his seme that he refuses (And may get raped again, haha) or his again saved by the SEme AGAIN. AGAIN. AGAIN.
So, yes, I never passed the chapter 1. and usually I actually don't mind rape IF it is well used, and well explained in the story (like... it actually is acknowledge and helps character development).
So I am a bit trashing this yaoi without reason. But, that's because I was at my limit of what I could read without screaming.
Please, feel completely free to tell me if I am wrong. if the story is different and it is actually worth it, then I will read it with a completely new mind-set and stop judging a book by its cover. But right now. I am MAD.
Of course, no trashing on the author. She is probably, just trying her best.

Dont' get me wrong, I love to have so much fluff... But seriously, I kinda of feel that their relationship is mostly based on sex. They never really get the time to talk or get to really know the other... they have no other common interest than sex... it's kinda sad.
It's kinda sad if you can't connect with your partner making love.

They normally share a lot of personal things when doing it, that wouldn't be able to tell in other way.
You say they don't even talk, but this time Igen even spoke about his feelings of lose about his family. And the reassurement that Kassan give him about don't wanting to leave is very important too.
I don't think you are understanding the plotline or even those characters.
Maybe I am not. I would need to re-read the entire manga anyway to really keep up with the characters and the feelings.
I understand what you mean by the fact that they couldn't be able to tell each other things in another way... But isn't that a problem?.... True they are speaking about their feelings, this time during sex. But I still think they rely on sex way too much to 'discuss' their issues instead of really communicating. I mean Igen does that a lot.
There is a looot of things that haven't been said and resolved in the manga that are extremely important for him and their equilibrium as a couple (the last sex talk was only one of them)
And I also think they have nothing in common. Which is not a problem to love someone, but here we are seeing pationate love all the time. Like still in the Romeo and Juliette mood. There show rarely in the manga a moment where they actually share other moments, where they really get to know what motivates the other or what are their opinions and views (outside of sex). [While, we see that a lot with the king and Igen]
Every-time they start to stabilize as a couple, somethings happens, and Igen get scared of loosing Kasan and push himself onto him (with consent now, thanks to Kasan ability to never push him away, which yes is important) but doesn't really resolve anything. Igen is still hiding everything inside. Kasan is completly ignorant of what is actually happening and just show is love through accepting Igen (which is not a bad thing).
As a reader, I would like more talk. I would like less sex-talk, less sex.
So, yes they connect through sex. My problem is that they almost ONLY connect through sex...

There's a lot of couples that have a huge sex drive. If they both enjoy it and makes them happy, there's no problem at all.
Even you can say they have that in common xD and that's enough to be on a stable relationship.
Also, you are forgetting this is a war story, not a shoujo. You can't expect that his relationship develops normally because they're not in normal conditions (at least, "normal" for us). It would be unrealistic if Igen open up easily, after all the thrauma He has passed. It wouldn't be in-character. Not every story has to have a happy development. This is an Angst.
And when you say "they barely talk or do other things besides sex", you should go back a little. Just few chaptters before we were watching Igen feed Kassan, or Kassan doing Igen's hair.
they both are rather open and vocal about their feelings, and their pasts, and anyone paying attention would notice that.
Be it their love, or their fury, or the feeling of betrayal, or the feeling of having difficulty trusting the other; they have voiced all of these to each other. and to others.
and sex is just another way for couples to communicate.
Okay, well, I guess I just didn't felt that way while reading.
