Bringing him to a choice that is to probably choose between him, and his own happiness versus his alpha's.
A bit like Nora's choice in Ibsen's play.

However, one thing is sure, that prick Alpha doctor is defiantly, completely ignoring the other's feeling, and making him very inconfortable while mentioning personal things that obviously the black hair guy doesn't want to talk about. That's definitely not something someone who cares or who is naturally kind/respectful would do. And to me, that makes him loo like a complete asshole who enjoy making other feel uncomfortable. If later we realise it was the black guy who came onto him and wanted the sex, then, maybe, sure it wasn't 'abuse' per say. Still, to me it seems very improbable black hair guy here would have gone for an intercourse if he wasn't at least inhibited, which does mean that if the doctor 'profited' from the situation is is 100% a dick.
