This series isn't nearly as good as Ayano's even longer Finder series, but the art has me hooked. I guess this story is supposed to take place in 18th century Germany, based on the names & clothing.
Her Finder series was a bit confusing....Only because of the 10,000 short stories that used the same characters, but didn't actually fit into the continuity of the series, & the characters will suddenly go from a serious situation in China to a comic situation in Japan. You get mood whiplash & the change of setting just rips you out of the story.
Yeah, the Finder series has me just as confused lol. There's also such a long gap between the updates, and the chapters are so small, so I end up forgetting what has happened, and then I have to go back multiple chapters, just to make sense of the current situation...
Once both series are over, or about to be over, I might go back and reread everything, because I have honestly forgotten most of it.
Personally, I don't think it's love if you just likes someone for their body or a bodypart. Then you don't like the person, you just like their appearance.
Akutagawa just doesn't seem like he really loves Miike. He openly showed his admiration for another person's nape and he never actually said that he loved Miike for anything but his nape...

Chapter 5 was so rushed and filled with easy solutions that it seemed like a parody. Like, the concept was nice; omega and alpha loves each other and chooses to be together, but then the real alpha mate comes along. However, it seemed like no feelings were explained, and no one even hesitated before they all had sex.
The conflict of the story was basically solved with Luca saying "oh no, you love him, but you lust for me, so let's all become a threesome!"
I like that it ended with a threesome, but it had so much potential to go through a big omegaverse dilemma, and then it was just done in a really lazy way.
yea basically but this is meant to be a oneshot and the author didn't have the time to expand as much as a full 5 6 chapters would have
I am aware of that, but I still think it should have been possible to have more thought-bubbles or something, so you get a better idea of the character. For example, Luca's face darkens when he hears they are dating, but you never get to know if maybe he likes Takeru or it could also be that he already knew they were mates. Even one sentence from Luca could have clarified that, and given a better idea of Luca's perspective and what kind of character he is. If there were just slight changes, I think the story could have been told better is all I'm saying :)
no i totally agree with both statements and the story could have gone on for a bit more pages but the plot was kinda complex that i dont personally think that it could have been resolved in a one shot
Yeah, the concept was quite big and it would have fit better in a full-volume manga, where there would be space to explore the dilemma and the characters better.

THIS DJ WAS SO BEAUTIFUL AND ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!!!! It just portrayed their relationship and their love so well, and it gave me the same feeling the original anime gave me! <3

For the story to make more sense, I always just assume in every story the seme uses lube. The author just chose not to show that scene. It fills in a lot of issues with plots.
