Dropped at 50: Adele is trying to save the people who are stuck inside Dev. One of them is Riley, whom everyone has been looking for. Another is Elise, the human noble woman who was planning to run away with her lover when she disappeared, finally, there are the two derlots (one of whom is Ray).
I know the ML is supposed to be an oblivious and emotionally stunted schmuck but this isn't an excuse! The dude has been living for 500 years!! You'd think he would've learned some basic manners but nope! I find the way he treated Adele in their past life despicable.
