Honestly, if you feel like you should then do it! If it’s something that is becoming toxic for you and not putting you in a good state of mind I recommend getting off of it for a while. It is really liberating and it might help with whatever you are dealing with. And if you want, you can come back later when it feels right. I’ve been off a lot ......   1 reply
