so basically, the healing process was going well, cain is recovering his power but gyeong can't go on further i think. and he might die if they continue the healing so Cain dont want that to happen and force himself to come back with gyeong so that gyeong will live. But when they came back the healing process was unfinished, only half the bullet in Cain's heart was able to got out. the one who was holding gyeong in the last panels, is Cain in his real form. so yeah, I guess they were able to help Cain recover somehow.
