Let's say that he did something bad that made our mc like that, still it's not acceptable to rape someone.

yes, she is. that red haired bitch accused louise for cheating in order to get the first place. but its not 100% her fault, its the teacher who became her sponsor that made her depressed and thought something bad to louise. but i think she's guilty too, cuz i think she is big enough to tell what's good or bad. i really hate her now, but i hope there will be a character development
