Hey, do anyone have problem when you are trying to use hack or cheat on some games and you tried almost every single hack or cheat in the web but it is not working at all?
Is it my fault or it just the hack or cheat are at fault? Coz it required me to download a certain apps and play with them for 30 seconds or just complete a survey and your money/life/diamond/level that you generate will be yours.
Do anyone here experienced this? Pls help.

First of all, cheating and using hacks is bad, other than it being unfair to other players, it is also one of easiest ways you can get malware's and viruses on your PC.
Secondly, yes there is a lot of cheats out there that requires you to click on ads/do survey/check other apps because that's their way of getting money for the cheat they made without causing you to pay for them instead they provided it for free with ads.
Thirdly, you'll most likely be banned from the game soon if you attempt to hack big, unnoticeable hack is the small one, the bigger you benefit from a hack, the more dangerous it is for your game account so don't go too extreme with the hack.
Finally, I don't know what hack you're talking about but all of the above are about general information, keep in mind that the hack might be fake and even if you do survey and such. sometimes checking reviews would be better or using known trusted ones (careful some hacks even fakes their reviews) using cheat engine works for most major games but then again try to avoid it if it's an online game so you won't be caught and banned, if it's offline then you can cheat to your heart content.
And my final final final advise would be for you not to cheat all together, playing legally is way more fun since you'll be playing the game for what it is and the way it is supposed to be played when it was designed :)

If its an online game with shitty ass syste then I typically use cheat engine.
But cheating into certain diffucult complex game with security will need a certain app for that (You need to pay ofc) and you generally need to do some coding.
And no. Inspect element doesnt help you.

I think most of us are having the same problem. Just a while ago I have received a notification for updated manga and replied comments/topics but now my notification shows nothing at all. Even those past ones. It's all cleared. Maybe they were tweaking or fixing things.
