the director was bought off or something by Prometheus i think.
In the chapter where it showed the team leader guy taking a helicopter to where gwangik was, he mentioned that he had been sent away from that location by the director himself.
Im guessing that the director isnt apart of Prometheus, just bought off/siding with them due to 'politics', which is why gwangik quits

Also incest stories are certainly not THAT common in BL
Even more when they are blood related, there is a cultural difference in Japan and maybe in other Asian countries so yeah you can find step sibling romance, or adopted siblings Romane, but most times it’s non blood related sibling romance

I think it steam from the fact that non related siblings are actually allowed to marry each others in Japan and adoption is often used as a way to secure inheritance, legacy and stuff in Japan.

But if you think that’s weird then you haven’t read all the romance genre in the west about step sibling. Without being so present in the legal system it’s still very common phantasy

Well the scene from the raws where it looked as if the brother wanted to kiss the mc on the lips but decided not to last minute is right after this current flashback, so we'll soon find out if we misunderstood the raws or if there's some incest feels from his brother. ╮(￣▽￣)╭
