It's like those awful Chinese novel semes getting a redemption arc after doing the worst possible stuff to the uke.
The redhead being made into an uke kinda makes the readers feel biased and I'm sure many of them have already forgiven him. Just go read the story again and know that Suha didn't deserve it and although redhead getting SA'd is a bit much but he deserves most of the things happening to him.
